The story starts in a property located in Springfield
I rented the downstairs for a year. My mom rented the same
downstairs apartment the year prior. Shortly after my mom's lease
became active I was fully moved in when a girl moved upstairs.
The girl upstairs indulged heavily (in my opinion) in drugs and
alcohol and she had her share of male and female visitors so seeing
this "new" guy was no surprise.
One evening (either dusk or
night-time), I became alarmed at
what sounded as though there were a home invasion in progress. I
turned off anything that hindered my hearing, the altercation
sounded violent so much so that I held my phone at the pre-dialed
911 and went to listen in an area in which sound passed through the
floors of the rental quite easily (the closet's ventilation shaft
right below where the action was taking place, and right next to
the large room where the ceiling tile had fallen due to what
sounded like a couple of body slams. This incident had to be about
winter time because I remember turning the furnace off and being
impatient with the blower to finally also turn off.
The rough loud
argument sounded like a crime being committed, heard was her
pleading "No", "please stop" (over and over). I was unsure as to
whether or not I ought to get involved and I was afraid that some
sort of insurrection might be happening upstairs and could end up
down into my rental (this wasn't your average loud argument or
scuffle, this was something foreign to me). Eventually, the banging
and pounding and arguing turned into what sounded to me to be rough
sex (her pleading led me to believe that it was possibly anal). She
trailed off quiter and quiter still pleading to stop and still
saying "no, please, no, stop". Then the girl went silent, but by
now I was all ears as I listened to the upstairs floor creaking
from one set of footsteps. Later, the guy was seen leaving but I
kept telling myself that it is not any of my business and since
this was a new city and state for me, it was decided that I could
be wrong....maybe it was nothing. I was hoping it was nothing and
that I did the right thing by not getting involved.
Keep in mind
that I was with the understanding that the girl upstairs was a Crow
and I really couldn't afford to mess things up with this new
landlord, also a Crow. I expected to see the girl the following day
because since she moved into the apartment upstairs she quite often
came down to ask for a cigarette and to chit chat. It was silent
the entire next day, through the evening to yet another day without
so much as the sound of a footstep. I wondered if she was dead and
whether or not I should call Eric or Theresa Crow to inform them of
the incident. I never heard it that quiet up there since Nicole
moved in, in retrospect it didn't occur to me that she may have
been dosed up on heroin (if that's actually what it was, which is
not conclusive and was brought up by an associate of hers, stating
her use of that drug).
When the girl finally came-to
and was heard
alive up there, she came downstairs. She offered to smoke pot with
me and I gave her a cigarette asking "what happened up there"? She
was kind of out of it and was groggily answering that she wasn't
sure what I was talking about. I stated incredulously describing
the great amount of noise and arguing and that a piece of my
ceiling fell....then, as if a lightbulb was turned on inside her
head she replied "oh that", and went on to state that the guy was a
boyfriend and that he was upset that she had cheated on him and
that he was a sheriff of Champaigne County. I knew that the guy
couldn't possibly be her boyfriend since it was the first time I
noticed the guy at the property and that the man was not her
regular boyfriend. (I'm old so what do I know). I noticed all her
friends as the security cameras would buzz to let me know when
someone was approaching the property.
A day or two after the girl woke up and came downstairs to ask for a cigarette, the same guy came by again. I'm not sure what could have transpired of the visit and never inquired it of her. Jump to about a year after I finally moved out of 1335 North Limestone Street in Springfield: the landlord surprised me with a notice that he intended to sue me for damages of his property. This surprised me since his first walkthrough left him stating to me of only one problem with the property which I addressed (and luckily made a video of both sides of the hole just in case, made as it was being repaired). The landlord would later claim that he repaired the hole and my video evidence to refute the lie was denied to be shown by a Judge of the Clark County Municipal Court in Springfield Ohio called Thomas E. Trempe. However, after the first walk-through inspection made by the landlord and I, the most incredible amount of damages occurred, I fortunately recorded the disasters as they were occurring....these too would be denied to be shown by the Judge. Some of the video compilations are contained on youtube and other video sites, as well as within the http://www.springfield-ohio-post.com website. The disasters stemmed solely from the upstairs plumbing (and its effect on the electrical wires seen just below the defective plumbing (also contained within my video evidence which was denied). As for this issue of damages, I replied to the two attorneys involved in the case (concerning damages to property) that I have videos showing the true cause for damages of water coming down from the ceiling and that it was not me that caused the damages and will gladly see the issue to court. I informed both attorneys of the altercation from upstairs and that the very first damages occurred as a result and that this case could end up very messy. Later, via the Clark County Municipal Court Government Website, I found that they had already sued the girl upstairs which was a shocker to me because I was led to believe that the girl was a Crow, so I deduced that this was either an insurance scam utilizing a girl that would do anything for the right amount of dollars, or that the girl had misled me that she was related to the landlord.
I hadn't any reason to doubt her since there was also a twitter account and one other account online that showed her as a Crow. The accounts appear to have been deleted from the net as of this writing, but I luckily incorporated her twitter account in a screenshot in one of my videos...so nobody has to take my word for it. Twitter is embedded just like all monopoly sites on the net so it's easy to inquire as to whether or not there ever had been a Nicole "crow" (recently I learned she has yet another last name....at least that is what the courts in springfield have on her when the crows obtained their first $5,000.00 default judgment suit against Nicole, which ended in a default judgment for the Crows). Nicole Crow And now they were suing me to accrue another amount of over $4,000.00. However, a month or so later my mother received a notice that the landlord was suing her instead of me. She held the previous one-year lease concluded in 2013 on the same property prior to my subsequent lease and although this hasn't any possible connection to the provable time in which the damages had occurred, the Judge went along with the wrongful suit (and after coaxing and taking money for a counter-suit, denied that also, without refund, of course) . This really threw us all off. My mom sent a letter from florida in reply to the Crow's threat of suit and another letter to the crow attorney. Both letters were sent from Florida which required the recipients to sign for their respective letters. She also obtained a paid attorney, James Heath. There was a name of someone that signed for the letter to the Crows, However the name was of XXX. I decided to find out more about the sheriff that signed for the legal mail to the Crows and found that his father was down in florida (I don't remember if he is dead or alive at the time of this writing). I found also that a woman up here had left him a parcel of property with a decent home on it and that she had died. There wasn't much more investigation made on this matter as I stopped when I found that he married none other than the XXX XXX!

The court went on to railroad my mom leaving her unasisted and un-represented. *p.s. I'd be interested in seeing the DNA Test on the child that Nicole Crow had (just curious about how that might all turn out).
Since then all
sorts of repercusions have come from this ordeal.

Finding our nation to be more and more oppressive, and having little incentive to remain here due to the rapid decline (for instance, why don't our offspring own the mini-marts? the motels? the convenience stores? EVERYTHING in this testimony is truth, and nothing but the truth to the best of my abilities....the audio recording I'll be posting on this page soon ought to be enough to reinforce the following claim. This information of a county officer having caused the first appearance of damages at the property located 1335 North Limestone St. was communicated PRIOR TO PRE-TRIAL to both attorneys of a Case Number: 15CVF02981 One might notice a few anomalies: 1.) Following the given information, my mom's attorney quit the case (at Pre-Trial). 2.) The municipal court denied my becoming a party to a case in which I AM THE PARTY to the Issue of the very Case being heard in their court. 3.) That, upon appealing the decision to the higher Appellate Court in regard to the denial, the lower municipal court pushed right on through to Trial about 2 months later (without waiting for the higher court's decision in the matter). 4.) That the lower court appeared just fine with leaving an elderly defendant completely un-represented or un-assisted in a court room during a final determination, that being TRIAL. 5.) Since I was demoted to that of a witness to the case (a witness cannot of his or her own accord produce evidence and can only reply to questions from the other parties) and since my elderly mother was the Defendant definitely unproficient in the use of the nomenclature used by the court system, I was surprised when one logical critical question finally came from her: "Do you have evidence to show that I did not cause the damages and anything to show the state of the property in which you vacated?". Of course my answer was "Yes" and then I went on to say "Everything including the video evidence is right there in the briefcase" at which time I pointed to the rear of the Court room. *****As a side note, and this being a rather humorous note: The plaintiff's attorney must have a good honest bone in his makeup as I could tell by his hesitation and his eyes becoming fixed toward the Judge, that he and I both expected the Judge to want to see the evidence. The judge did not. Anyone can get the Trial transcripts to test whether my words be so (as a heads-up, the system charges something like $50.00 for words on a page, so be prepared). One might presume I was up on that stage for quite some time, I wasn't. It was in the manner of minutes before I was sequestered back out of the court room to the hall. There's much more.
*** July 27, 2017 UPDATE: I learned over the phone from a young man that there was a different Sheriff, named "Joey", a Clark County Sheriff, and that "Joey" had relations with Nicole for awhile also. The young man stated that he was not even aware of the Champaign County Sheriff's involvement with Nicole. So until I see a picture of this "Joey" this page is on hold. Upon Calling the Clark County Police Department, I initially spoke with the under-Sheriff who when asked if there was a Joey in his employ first required of me as to what it was about and my full name. After giving him the information, he then stated there was not a Joey in the Department. I was about to conclude our conversation thinking it was a bad tip but rephrased my question, "So, no Joey, Joe, Joseph?" at which time he stated "Now we have a Joe", I was then passed over to "Gay", she's identified herself as the Liason to the Clark County Court and I had the distinct impression that something was very wrong due to her demeanor, and then finally came Ben, who was very helpful, stating that I could come to the Police Department and be permitted to see the photos of officers there. (This is just a hunch and I'm not exactly a gambling man, but my hunch is that this Joey (Joe) has been relegated to a desk position for reprimand already).
